You can find 1999's on eBay auction going as low as $15...and the 2002's going for retail.

I think he is referring to an online version. There isn't any- they want you to pay for it.

Keep looking- I expect that the NEC, as well as many other codes, have entered public domain as a result of the Veeck vs. SBBCI ruling.

I believe NFPA members are permitted to view an on-line version.

If so, Join the NFPA.

Glenn, the last offer I got from the NFPA (this morning) to join was $135.00 per year.

If you are not going to be an active member it would be better to buy one or two NFPA publications at standard retail.
