Good article by Mark Early in the Feb 22 Electrical Contractor Magazine on changes ahead in the 2023 NEC, the issue is not published on line yet.
A new limit was established for DC systems at 1,500 VDC. There are new articles for services and feeders over 1,000 volts. Article 369 is for Insulated Bus Pipe/tubular Covered Conductors, be interesting to see that. New article on Cannabis Oil Equipment. Article 724 has the Class 1 circuits moved from Art 725.
The 2023 NEC typically is available in Sept 2022.
I find that EC Magazine has good articles reviewing the changes ahead of time. IAEI used to have articles as well

Art 720 is being deleted, its the shortest article in the NEC, so won't compensate much for the other newer longer articles. I used to keep track of page count in the NEC over the years. Worked OK until the 2023 when the NFPA went to smaller font and thinner paper.
