NEC CODE for 200kw UPS

I am installing a 200KW UPS 480 in 480 out. I am going to have a 400 AMP 480 three phase Enclosed Circuit Breaker/disconnect installed to provide it power. The UPS system is going to be placed inside a cage along with 18 computor racks. The cage is 20Ft wide and forty ft long. Is there a code that states the distance the ECB/Disconnect has to be in referense to the UPS?

What provides the overcurrent protection for the output conductors? If it is your ECB, then the rules in 240.21(B) will apply.

Robert,
The input enclosed circuit breaker can be any distance you want from the UPS. Normally I like to have it close to the UPS but it isn't required by the NEC.
