What amendments and modifications have been introduced in the National Electrical Code (NEC) or NFPA 70 for the 2023 edition concerning Ground Fault Circuit Interrupters (GFCI)?

You can view the 2023 NEC online for free at nfpa.org/70. You just have to register with an email address. It is not very user friendly, but most of the GFCI rules are in 210.8 and you can get to that pretty easy on the free viewing site.
