NEC Handbook - India Publication?

So I was looking at getting the 2023 NEC Handbook and web searching shows a bunch of new 2023 NEC Handbooks coming from India in the $75.00+ range on Ebay. Obviously tons less expensive than the normal supply chain. What's the difference?

They are most likely illegal copies.

I agree, pirated copies likely of extremely low quality. You can buy them on Ebay and Amazon too.
