Could someone help in finding a code refernce regarding conduit size. We at a Water Reclamation Facility have contractors doing installations at remote pumping stations. This one contractor has changed conduit size in the run. He has changed 1 inch to 3/4 in which he pulled a comm. cable Belden multi pair. I can use the table for conduit fill based on the specs from Belden and also probably use art.110-12 Mechanical Execution of Work. Any other suggestions?

Limited energy cabling does not have to comly with raceway fill restrcitions. See 800.110 Exception.

You issue isn't the fill because low voltage won't apply to conduit fill. The contractor can not deviate from the contracted drawings/specs without approval for the engineer. Tell him to put the 1" in or give you a pare 3/4"
