2. A Multifamily Dwelling has a lighting load of 40, 995VA, with ten Ranges that has a combined rated load of 25,000VA, what would be the Calculated Neutral Load of this Dwelling?

Anyone know how to solve this? Per the 220.55 table I am going with 25,000 from column C and the first 3000 of the lighting load at 100 % and the remainder at 35% but I am not getting the correct answer.
