The National Electrical Code would be a good start!!! Sorry, its just that your question is a little too broad. If you could be a bit more specific I think many of us here could and would be happy to help you out. If not, try your local building department. If you haven't built it yet, you'll want to start there anyway, since there may be certain planning/zoning limitations as to where and what you can build. While your there, talk with the electrical inspector for the city/county or leave him a message with your questions.
