CCTV cable (usually RG59 coax) falls under article 820 and must be listed and labeled with the cable type (CATV/CATVR/CATVP/CATVX).

TABLE 820.154(a) is an easy way to see where each type is suitable for use. CCTV over Ethernet is not covered in 820.
