An inspector is requiring bollards in front of electric vehicle charging station. concrete is already poured and has electric ice melt system in it. There are wheel stops installed in parking spaces in front of chargers. I looked in the first few chapters of the NEC. Is there a specific code reference requiring physical protection of electrical equipment? It seems to me that there should be a general one but I can't locate it.
