Question I just noticed that they add 10amps to standard breaker or fuse table 240.6A just wondering do they make a 10a fuse or inverse time breaker
Both are readily available and have been for many years. Not all manufacturers have them in 240-120 V residential panels though. I know Square D has had them since at least the mid 80s because that when I started using them in panelboards for power distribution inside of control panels.

They were added as part of the push to add 14AWG copper-clad aluminum to the code in the 2023 cycle. Most of that effort failed, but I think we will see an expansion of 10 amp circuits in the 2026 code. The idea is to use 10 amp circuits for lighting as the use of LEDs has cut the lighting load drastically. It appears that 16 AWG copper will also be in the 2026 code for 10 amp circuits.
