Secondary protection for transformers over 1000 V shows as "not required" for supervised locations. Does this also mean that in this case there is no protection requirement for a cable from the secondary to a medium voltage MCC? Exhibit 450.1 seems to indicate that this is true but I would like an addition opinion on this, please.
