NEC UPS Load calculation question

I have a site where a 275kVA Flywheel UPS is to be installed. Do I size my main distribution panel to accommodate for an additional 275kVA load?
 
The 275kVA UPS has an input that has to be fed that is larger than 275kVA (includes losses and recharge of the flywheel).

The MDP has to accommodate all of that load to feed the UPS
