NEC voltage drop

Is the voltage drop calculation from the transformers to the longest branch circuits, or from the main disconnect to the longest branch circuits. Mike Holt indicated to do it from the main disconnect to the longest branch feeder. Please let me know what is the correct

But to help with your question with regards to branch circuits... you should be calculating the voltage drop of your branch circuit, which means from the disconnect to the farthest load/outlet.

We trying to define the 5% voltage drop. It should be from point A main disconnect to point B longest branch feeder.
