I have a prime generator suppling power to a building, first going to a MDP first means of disconnect, where at this point everything is grounded, as well as generator, I have 5 wires leaving MDP going to a buildings panel where the ground and neutral is seperated, do I need to add additional ground rod outside of building, and can I come from panel grd terminal to add cold water grd. I have looked in 250.32 and 250.35, just not sure if I need the extra grd, being the MDP is only 100ft away, thanks.

If this is an another structure different from the one where the first MDP is located you need to establish a grounding electrode system, and take the feeder egc to that grounding electrode system. (isolate the neutral at the second structure) (if thats what you aare saying)
