Where the OCPD is required to be 125 percent of the load, I would say no, it could only supply a 160 amp load.

I would think the panel board would have multiple breakers. May Murlan can tell us just how many he has in the panel.

If the 200-ampere load is the calculated load per Article 220, yes.

...but I'd have to question the loading on each conductor.
