need 3phase, 7 wire electric meter

Does anyone know where I can purchase a reasonably priced 3 phase 7 terminal kilowatt meter?

I have a commercial client that had me install a new service for an office unit he divided. When he found out the cost for the local utility to hook it up, he decided to wire it to the house meter and monitor the usage himself.
