Need a little help

Is a Propane fill tank, outside considered a class 1 div 1 hazardous location? We are putting lighting in the general area via a pole w/light. What is the min. distance we can place the pole from the tank, if its a hazardous location, without explosion proof eqiupment? Any help would be greatly appriciated.

I think the tank's themselves still have some sort of pressure relief thing-a-ma-jig on them.

If you are looking at an area where propane tanks are filled, I would suggest Art 515, and table 515.3
