Powercon makes the switch, not the fuses. You get the TCC from the fuse manufacturer that you chose, i.e. Bussman, Mersen, Littlefuse etc.
As to the SC rating, Powercon just gives you a table of the ANSI preferred ratings table for whichever class of gear it is and says that they equipment meets that specification. That said, "P1F" is not a number that corresponds to anything of theirs that I am aware of, but they do offer an OEM version of their switch components called a P
IF. You can find it in the literature for their 5-15kV Metal Enclosed Interruter Switchgear. The numbers for the switchgear as assembled by them (PCL series) is different, but towards the back of their data sheet is information on the, the PIF series OEM component switches used inside. They sell those switches to a lot of other companies that make MV electrical gear.

But since this is an OEM switch product, the switch itself can have a BIL rating etc., but the SC rating, because it involves how the switch is mounted and braced in the gear, would need to come from whomever built the actual gear itself. If it was Powercon, then it's going to be in the PCL series MEIS data that is in the beginning of that same data sheet.
