Need additional circuits

I have 2 apartments in a single building. There is a 1/0 SE Aluminum going to a 2 meter socket with 2 fuse panels rated at 100A each(no means of disconnect, besides pulling meter). I would like to add 2 100A Murray panels with 100A Main breakers and 24 spaces and update grounds. My combined calculated load load is about 72 amps. Am I missing anything, or does this sound like an acceptable installation?

Yes! This building needs a lot of attention. I am just trying to get some additional spaces and update the grounding for now. I have a limited budget and need to add some dedicated circuits for now. This is a 100 year old structure with knob and tube and I want to take some of the load off of that.
