Need Advice Regarding Light Bulb Fix

Hey everyone, I'm Abbigail and I just moved here and I'm facing some problem with electricity as the light bulb keeps flickering and I don't even have idea on how to fix it. Can someone give me advice on how do I change the light bulb by myself or should I go for electrical professionals.
