I Need dual voltage control transformer 480VAC 60HZ and 380VAC 50 HZ input voltages to step down to 120vac. It's going to be on a machine that's going to be used between the US and Asia. Obviously if a 480vac transformer is used in a 380vac environment the 120vac side will be really low. Can anyone recommend a transformer for this application? It needs to be rated at .5KVA

Most CPT manufacturers offer these. They call them "Multi-tap" Control Transformers, or something similar. They will have a primary with multiple tap points for 220/230/240, 380/400/415, 440/460/480 etc., with one or two secondaries such as 115/230 or 120/240.

If you look at Micron's catalog for their "Global" series, the Group L transformer fits this category.

Keep in mind by the way that if your machine is going to take 380V, it will also likely need CE listing and be 50Hz as well. That's why I picked the "Global" series product. Most CPTs don't have a problem with 50/60Hz operation, but some of the cheap ones do.
