Need Female Connector for HBL2431S

Well, the L16-20P seems to match the -20R. So far so good.
The apparent locking tabs on the outside of the shroud seem designed to mate with something on the receptacle though, and I can't tell from the picture if that will happen with the 2433.
Possibly it is not intended for cord to cord installations, since the page for the shrouded plug lists specific mounted receptacles as the mates (under Accessories)

Page B16 seems to indicate compatibility, but not much detail.
