Need Help Chapter 9

I left my code book at the house and cant find my ugly's book.Can someone look up what size conduit I will need for 3/0 tray cable (3 conductor with ground). The diameter of the cable is 1.42". The conduit will need to be Rigid. I think 2-1/2 or maybe even 3". Thanks in advance.
