I have a bid that was throw on me today that is due tomorrow. Its a long story. I am just looking to bid on the high side that is a safe number for sure. If their is anyone that would like to take a quick look at some prints and a scope of work send me a private message and I can send you the files.
My number is 60k and probaly on the high side.
