Need help troubleshooting gfi circuit

Hi forum,
Could use your help trying to find out why my GFI trips as soon as power is applied. Circuit has about 10 receptacles on it and has been working fine for many years. Now it wont reset and it has some ohms on the load side. I inspected all the receptacles but they seem fine. Any help or procedure help is appreciated.
