Need Help w/

I?m working on a project for my MBA and need to find out the cost of having an in-hospital lab vs. independent lab. I am trying to find out the cost of building, owning/renting and maintaining each facility, including:

? Rent
? Utilities
? General Maintenance
? hazardous waste removal

I need to determine the cost per square foot for each situation, on a monthly basis.

I know this is mainly an electrical based site, but as some of you are also builders/general contractors I am hoping you can help. I would appreciate if you can help with this, or direct me to useful resources.

I Think you have to look somewhere else, although there are some bright people here (not me, of course) that kind of info it is out of our expertise at least for most of us, we could estimate a lot of things but mostly related with the electrical trade. There must be other forums where you can find more help I am pretty sure of that. Google it! Youll see, hope you find it.
