I'm not familiar at all with the CSA code, so I'm looking for some guidance on how to properly install this setup. I'm not sure what does/doesn't need GFCI breakers, or if I can just get away with GFCI receptacles and use standard breakers for everything.
- industrial application (Hydraulic power unit)
- outdoor rated box, but will be mounted inside of a shipping container so the entire system is 'portable'
- Does this have to be done on conduit or LFMC? or can we run cables in a wire tray?
- any requirements for CSA that I don't know about? I'm assuming we have to use rainttight fittings if we use EMT?
- does the conduit/LFMC need to be CSA stamped or anything?
- Does this have to be done on conduit or LFMC? or can we run cables in a wire tray?
- all single-phase 120VAC loads:
- 15A power to a cUL508A-rated industrial control panel (PLC and control stuff)
- 2500W immersion heater (hydraulic oil)
- 500W immersion heater (hydraulic oil)
- 500W immersion heater (hydraulic oil)
- (2) LED work lights mounted on the ceiling
- (2) 120VAC receptacles mounted on the interior walls
- are 'in-use' receptacle covers required? or can we use the spring-loaded door type?
