1) 100 amp disconnect with #2/0 Phase wires and a grounded equipment. What is considered when determining the size of the ground wire?
Need help with some questions.

OCP rating, assuming the question is regarding an EGC. The 100A disconnect in the question is not indicative of the OCP, as it could be a 100A-rated non-fused disconnect or a 100A-rated fused disconnect with lower-than-maximum rated fuses. The #2/0 is ambiguous to the question.

...and I agree it may not be. But without a concise OCP rating and conductor type Cu or Al, insulation rating, adjustment, correction, etc. it is ambiguos before we even get to that...
