Need help with the brand name of this wire caddy

If you happen to know the brand name of this caddy, I would greatly appreciate the info. My Co worker bought one at Lowe's, but I can't seem to find any there. He doesn't know the brand name. It's pretty durable and heavy duty, but only cost him about $40. Any help is appeciated.
