need help

my employer wants me to move an exterior 3phase 208Y/120 service panel to the inside of a control cabinet. the only option I see is to use fuses for the main supply leads. What sized fuses do I need for each leg? the existing panel is rated for 125Amps.

The service is a 4 wire 208Y going to a service panel feeding about 8 circuits. I ordered a 18 circuit bus that can be mounted inside the control cabinet that allows you to attached single double or 3 pole miniature breakers to it rated for 80A. I'm thinking g this should do the trick. I want to put a service disconnect before the bus. Should I make it an 80A breaker also or should it be larger?
