Need San Francisco Residential LV Expert

I'm working on a job where some residential telephone wiring needs to be demo'd as part of the job. There was a stack of 66 punchdown blocks with a rats nest of wires coming in. I excluded the work from my bid. Does anyone here do this kind of work? Or do you know anyone who is licensed and insured who does it?

Demoing is the easy part. The hard part is to keep a rats nest of phone lines working while they are tangled up with what your doing. Some of those you touch one wire and a jack cuts out because of poor connections. Once the past people get the color codes messed up and have at least a few different phone lines with jacks looped everywhere...
