Need tip to fish a wire around a pipe in the wall

Have a project that needs to run a line through a std in the wall. I got through the stud but I ran into a pipe that is the same thicknes as the wall inside. I can squeeze the romex wire a few inches but no further. Its about 4 inches from the hole i made and I need to get 10 inches past the pipe and 3 feet down to the electrical outlet. Any tips?
