Here is what's going on,

I have existing 240v 3ph outlet and I think its a L15 cord running to a batch oven and small fan. (3 hots, 1 ground)

Come to find out the batch oven was made at 240v 1ph ( 2 hots, 1 neutral 1 ground)

Looking for a way to run this batch oven and small fan motor on the existing 3ph circuit if possible. Was told oven is 13 amps, small fan shows 1/20hp.

Is there a step down or converter that would do this will out breaking the bank? Do I basically need to create a neutral? Everything I am researching is 240 1ph to 3ph. I need to go the other way and get a neutral, trying to get this done like 2 weeks ago. This is for my shop not a customer job.
