Hello,
I work in a Chemical Plant, I am currently on a Grass Roots project. I Have a NEMA 4X Local Control panel in a Class 1 Div 2 Group D compressor area, It will have 120 Ups Power and 24 VDC. Will this Vendor Compressor Skid require seals to be installed? Because they sent it out to the site with no seals. Can one of you guys please provide me with some clarification on my issue please? Thanks!

Take a look at 501.15(B). Don't forget boundary seals.
 
Was the skid ordered for use in a Class I, Division2 area? What exactly is in the NEMA 4X enclosure? You may have a lot more issues that just seals.
