Neutral, and ground wire sizing.

I am overlooking something in the code book,
How do you size the neutral ,and ground wire for a equipment panel (sub panel) serving a combination load ( pump, heater, control panel).
the load is 90 amps. I am pulling a 100 Amp feed.
#2 Copper (hots), would this ground be sized as an equipment ground and thus be allowed to be #8? how about the neutral? Thank you in advance. I think I am over thinking this...

How do you size the neutral
>>Based on the maximum unbalanced current see 220.22

>>ground wire for a equipment panel (sub panel)
What is a ground wire? Do you mean equipment grounding conductor- if so size per feeder OCPD per table 250.122

serving a combination load ( pump, heater, control panel).
125% of largest motor + 100% of other loads, see 220.4. If the load is continuous take it at 125%

Is this to a separate building or structure?
It makes a difference on the equip grounding conductor
