Neutral Bar Problem

That looks like one leg of a transformer, probably for the doorbell. Look to the left of the pic and you can see a mounting screw that could possibly be to hold the transformer in place in the 1/2" KO.

This panel mest have been made up by the same guy that makes sausage at the grocery store! Picture doesn't show enough detail and now we are assuming things are there that can't be seen.I saw a movie like this a while back

1 neutral per termination - on any can it will be the same. the grounds, depending on the bar can do 2 or 3. Square D can handle 2 per.

1. some inspectors performed the same kind of install when they were electricians, and do not care, so they just pass all of this kind of good stuff.

2. some of this work is installed after the inspection.

3. some of this work is never inspected.

Them terminal are obviously not torqued, becaouse the screwdriver slots are not deformed ????

you won't deform the slots if you use a square drive tip on these terminal bars.
