Neutral Bar Sizing

I have found a neutral bar that was installed from the factory and it looks extremely small. It is a flat copper bus about 1" wide and around 1/16" thick. This is just an estimate only because have not actually measured it. The screws are stripping out because the copper is so thin. How would someone check to see if this neutral bar is of suffecient size? Would you size it off of 250.122?

Then you would not.

No you cannot apply the NEC to factory made assemblies and 250.122 is for EGC sizing not neutral sizing.

This equipment is listed in europe. I am only assuming this because i cannot find a CE or a UL listing but these type of panels are used in Great Britain.

Just because it is factory assembled does not mean it is correct. Someone could have had a bad day. Any possibility of contacting the manufacturer ? Pictures are very helpful.
