Neutral bus equipment clearance

Hi fellas, during an inspection the electrician is severely arguing that the Neutral bus is very close to the circuits breakers. See picture. I've been looking on the NEC art. 250 for ground and neutral bus locations in the panel, but find nothing. According to the pic, do you thing the Neutral Bar shall be relocated as the electrician says? Any comments are well welcomed, thanks

Don't look that way to me.... So if he's whining about the equipment installed? - use different equipment.....

Considering most panels have the neutral bar right behind the ends of the breakers, I'd say you could run a school bus between the bar & the breakers! Ask your electrician if he want some cheese to go with his whine....
