Neutral/ground bar bonding sizing?

In a seimens residential panel, the bonding strap connection to the panel connection is all rusted out.
To jump from that neutral bar to a one hole one barrel lug, nut and bolted to the panel enclosure... What size should that jumper be?

Need to use table 250.102(C)(1). And it is based on largest ungrounded conductor.

That's what I would think YET currently and approved is a little thin piece of metal strapping. Or others are a screw ????

Doesn't make sense but I'll bond it with the sizing of that table. Thank you again

The strap or screw are tested and listed with the panel(s) they are designed for. Also consider there is virtually no length to them where when you apply the conductor in the table it doesn't really have any length restriction either, which does add some resistance after you get some length there.
