Neutral harmonics on MWBC for Lighting?

Greetings all
I am curious if people are still using 4 wire MWBC's for LED and electronic ballasted lighting in 2020?
And wondering what the general consensus is with using 4 wire MWBC circuits for 3 phase lighting circuits.
Do the electronics in these things play OK with the shared neutral?
Opinions?
