If you have a 112 amp calculated neutral load for a 120/240volt service and the question says use thhn copper conductors then what will our neutral size be? I dont think that I am getting the correct answer.... Thank you

Being over 100A equipment, we can use a 75? termination limit under 110.14(C)... so minimum would be #2 (115A@75?C)... but it then depends on whether any adjustment and/or correction to ampacity is involved.

PS: I hate questions like this in training and on tests because it leads to tradesmen not evaluating wire size properly in practice.
