neutral loop?

is there such a thing as a neutral loop? where a neutral comes from the panel to a sw then splits off in two directions. one goes to some outlets, and the other goes to another sw which is also connected to those same outlets, creating a "neutal loop"? (the neutrals are not connected to the sw's they're just tied trough)

When we pull the wires under the house. Some times we call it looping. But it is not an actual circle. There would be no reason to go all the way around.
From switch to outlet then to an other outlet(s) is common.
