Neutral Question

My helper had a question in class and he asked me for help i gave it a shot but keep coming up with different answers i said will ask the forum.Here it is.
There are 16 units,each has 1.5hp air,6kw 240htr,8kw range, 2.5 W/H what size neutral is required.The question says nothing about the laundry so i guess you leave it out, i have come up with 168a, 200a,214a,234a . (LOL) Keeps getting bigger.

Three questions:
(1) What is the area of each unit?
(2) Are there any "house loads" to be included?
(3) Am I correct in presuming you are looking for the service neutral, not the neutral to any single unit?

Sorry. I was in a rush.Each unit is 735sqft,and it is the service neautral.As far as the house loads that was all that the question asked.
