Neutral required at switch box

What is the code section that states the requirements for bringing a neutral to a switch box?

404.2(C) 2014 NEC. I think 2011 has the same section number or close to it.

Yes, new to 2011 and in the 2014 the requirements are relaxed a bit from the 2011.
