Neutral sizing service

I have service trough which has phase conductors and neutral conductor to which connections to lower size cable going into service disconnects is made. I do have some unbalanced load downstream of service disconnect. However I am confuse would the neutral be sized per NEC 2014 Section 250.24(C)(1) or NEC 2014 section 220.61 or some other section of NEC2014?

The neutral is size per the calculated load 220.61

As Dennis says. Once you calculate make sure you also meet 250.24(C)(1). {The larger of the two calculaions is required}
