Lots of places. For what purpose? You posted in the safety forum, so perhaps you don't mean the NEC at all? IRC? IBC? CEC?

Sorry first time on this forum. Can the neutral to a range be derated in a residence? I do electrical residential and some commercial.

Um, sure. You may derate any conductor you want to, whether code required or not. I'm not sure why you want to derate your range neutral, however. This might cause you to have to run a larger neutral.

Perhaps you are talking about downsizing?
