I have a step down transformers of 5kV. It gets the fed-in on primary side from distribution panel to convert 220VAC to 110VAC.
Voltage at distribution panel which is fed in for primary side is
phase-neutral 233 V
phase-ground 230 V
neutral-ground 0.9 V
but on the secondary side of transformer I'm getting
phase-neutral 117 V
phase-ground 83 V
neutral-ground 30 V
What could be the possible reason for neutral-ground voltage?
