My panel is a 120/240 single phase 2 hots (120 to neutral or ground one side the other is also 120 to neutral or ground or 240 hot to hot) what I did is hooked 2 wires on seperate 20 amp single pole on one side of my 120/240 and 1 wire on a seperate 20 amp breaker on the other side and used my neutral for all three hots

This is NG. You need to have only two circuits sharing a neutral on opposite phases in a single phase 120/240 volt system.

What is the prefab whip for? Hire a electrician! You can not share the neutral with circuits on the same phase. Putting breakers on opposite side of panels does not change anything.

Okay, I've got to regroup here, what size wire did you use for the "Grounded Conductor".

I should clarify what I mean.

An electrician should know that the neutral cannot be the same size for two circuits on the same leg as it can be in a MWBC.
