In an isolated circuit, is the neutral bonded to ground.
Is this a circuit going through an isolation transformer? Like the receptacles in an OR?
Lou, there wouldn't be a neutral in that scenario.

I happen to be on the Transformer chapter in my second year IEC class. There is a paragraph about "clean power" transformers, (for sensitive electronic equipment), where the neutral is created on the secondary side. The diagram shows one end of the secondary winding being grounded.
I also just finished working on an Isolated panel in an operating room and I am also familiar with the ungrounded system.
Maybe they can go either way??
What do you mean by "isolated" circuit? There are several possibilities:In an isolated circuit, is the neutral bonded to ground.
